The Holy Grail War AU Open Post
So here's the deal! This is an open post for anyone who wants to thread HGW AU or just general
Servant and/or Master crossover things with me with different canons (e.g. Servants and Masters being made in Touhou canon).
But if we're going to do a setting in Fate/, then here are three different world settings we can do this for ya. If you're not familiar with how the Holy Grail War system works, information about the ones listed here can be found here!
Fuyuki Grail War
Somehow fate has played its hand that had you suddenly involved in a secretive war among
magi to fight in a war for an all-granting wish device known as the Holy Grail, where legendary spirits across time
come gather to fight in a free for all battle with their magi partners linking them to this world.
Among you will be both friends and foes alike all fighting for the right to be winner
to the war. But what about you? Are you also a legendary spirit, a Servant, fighting against
other strong spirits in the chance for your wish to come true? Or are you a magi, a Master, that not
only do you participate in this Grail War, fully aware or not of what it is, and fight for survival as you
take down every single enemy in your way? Or perhaps, you're just an innocent bystander
somehow caught up in the conflict?
Regardless of your reasons, you are involved. And who your allies and enemies are will depend on the end result of this war.
Moon Cell Grail War
Perhaps it was truly an awakening experience for you. The normal life you once had all being a complete farce,
and now you and over a hundred other Master and Servant pairs all come together in an elimination battle tournament until one pair
remains to obtain the Holy Grail for their wish to come true. This isn't just some game as others believe. If you die in this game,
you'll truly die in real life.
With your partner, whether they are a Master or Servant, its up to you to tackle down any challenge and gain as much
information about your enemies before your time is up to fight them! Don't forget your cipher keys and dig as much
research into finding out who your enemies are-- and possibly who your own partner is at that.
Ainsworth Grail War
Congratulations, whoever you are. You are now a magical girl/boy/what have you. Not only do you now a sentient magical stick
that is not just your weapon of choice, but your gateway key to investigate mirror worlds where Class Cards are found and running rampant that is causing mysterious effects to the physical world. But looks like there is more to these Class Cards than it seems! You may even have a partner to give you a hand as you learn to master and use these cards!
Or perhaps the unthinkable happened: One of the Class Cards was so powerful that it was capable of materializing a physical and sentient form outside the mirror world! But will they be your ally or your enemy?
Or you can just be the randomly normal person somehow sort of involved with things going on. This is your opt out Slice of Life option.

How this post works!
We've got the settings down, so you can pick whichever Fate/ world setting you'd like. After that?
1.) Call out a character by putting their name on the subject line and adding if it's a thread that you'd like it to be one involving a Master and Servant, Two Servants, or Two Masters together. Or a Master/Servant with someone completely unrelated to the Grail Wars is fine too.
2.) Tags can be formal or informal, canon or crosscanon, action or prose. However you decide to tag, I'll be sure to respond. :|b
3.) If you need ideas, we can always go for the Holy Grail War Meme route, but there is also The Amusement Park Meme, The Flower Message Meme, The Trapped Together Meme, The Rain Meme, The Single Bed Meme, The Hurt/Comfort Meme, The Affectionate Physical Contact Meme, The Bathing Meme, and because of the time of year, The Haunted House Meme.
