Thankfully, Orihime is within earshot as both he and Uruk's patron goddess Ishtar were having yet another quarrel with one another over what could be a trivial fight. But trivial or not, the ziggurat that he resides in as well as the numerous soldiers and priests garrisoned around had felt the very familiar tremors of the two clashing.
It didn't last long, thankfully to many, as Ishtar once again leaves in a huff and the king, once more irritated and stressed because of this selfish goddess, collapses to his throne to dismiss all that was present. He was done for the day, or at least for the time being until another emergency arrives.
With his hand covering his eyes and a sigh that was more like a growl than anything, Gilgamesh raises his voice to address the Servant skulking around in the halls. "Are you to bored that you keep patrolling the halls and not provide relief for the injured? I know you needed guidance for your duties, but I never expected you to need to be told daily. Well, whatever. Come. If you need me to give you instructions, then come to me instead of wandering around like a lost child."
A little bite in his words, but his anger is not towards Orihime. Just more with everything going on that his stress and blood pressure are reaching newer heights by each passing day. The rumors of a figure matching the description of his dearly departed friend didn't help matters either.
