Fate/Call Me Out Post 2020
1.) This is mainly a CMO post for my Fate characters and maybe Sacchin if you want to count her. But that's it. Just reply to whatever character you want to thread with.

2.) Gen, fluff, smut, whatever, its all fair game here. Just tag your threads at the header if we are going into heavy topics. Alternatively, just stick to your own thread.

3.) Feel free to make up new threads if the current one is a drag to continue. No fuss from me.

[Wow, what is this good child? Ai was slightly surprised by his level headed response, but nods.]

Well, if you say so. And we don't really have to hold hands if you don't want to.

[With that said, she pushes the gate open and it's enough for the rusty lock to break from the pressure. Ai takes a step forward and beckons Gil to follow her.]

If we're going together then I'll think of it as working as a team then. Does that sound better?

It doesn't matter to me either way, but I won't say no if you feel like you need to!

[ Despite with the gate groaning open and the two make their way inside the grounds, he does look around with a small 'Oooh.' noise as he comes closer to Ai. ]

A team, huh? I can work with that, but that should probably mean we need to form up a plan if something unexpected happens... like poltergeist activity and the like?

[emotive]

[Ai shudders at the thought.]

If it's just knocking over furniture or making funny noises, it shouldn't be a huge issue.

Now if there's an actual ghost... Hm. Hmmm.

[She's thinking REAL HARD]

... Can ghosts be punched??

[ S-Should he tell her? He's gonna tell her. He'll tell her good, I tell you what.

So he's going to motion her to come down to his level and whisper right back at Ai. ]

What if I told you that buddist monk, or even a nun wearing nothing but a swimsuit can do that much? And more than that? They do it all the time. Probably.

Huh?

[Ai looks down at Gil quizzically wondering what on earth that could ever mean.]

So... You have to be some sort of religious figure then?

Mm... I suppose so! That or have lots and LOTS of faith in your punch that it spooks them so bad it hurts.

There are other other ways too, but I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there!

[ Oh no, its becoming play time for a bored king. Good luck Ai, because this time he DOES grab her hand and makes a move towards the front entrance! ]

[Oh hey! What a precocious boy, taking her hand all of a sudden like that.

Predictably, the door opens by itself to welcome its victims visitors. Ai gulps, but keeps a brave face on and squeezes Gil's hand.]

I-I think I'm ready. Maybe.

[In fact, inside, the mansion has a very large first floor to explore...]

How about we look around down here before going upstairs?

Mn! Yeah! That seems fair enough! And honestly, looking at those stairs kind of makes me wonder if they are even safe. They look like they can break down right at the wrong step and suddenly we're in a basement.

[ But that being said though... he IS getting that wanderlust to explore and look around. So the first thing Gil goes for is the family portraits on a nearby table against a wall. Is he still holding that hand? Probably! No reason to let go or anything! ]

I heard that looking at the type of family tells you the type of spooky things you should expect. Like a family of noble or royal lineage tends to have dark secrets that they try so hard to hide, or a military family are types that are honor bound to something. Lets see... what kind of people owned this home before we came here, I wonder?

[ Its too bad that after all that exposition that the portaits anf pictures are either so faded that they can't be visible or the faces are burner off at a completely even dark circle. ]

... of course, there are chances that the spirits haunting these places are also just plain jerks.

[emotive]

It wouldn't be haunted if something bad hadn't preceded. Isn't that basically a rule?

[She wanders around and has to wrinkle her nose because it does kind of smell.]

Maybe I should have brought a mask... This house looks like it's seen better days. I'd hate to find out there's mold too.

Perhaps so, but there are those that a haunted through different reason. Like what if someone had regrets with unfinished business or just protecting the house from intruders.

[ The smell of musk, dust, and whatever has been growing here does seem to be prevalent. Suddenly a mask of his own does appear in his hands thanks to his treasury which he will put on as well as offering another to Ai. Look who is all prepared, Ai! ]

I've got you covered. And some bandages and other things should anything happen! Anyway... lets proceed with the exploration, shall we?
