Fate/Call Me Out Post 2020
1.) This is mainly a CMO post for my Fate characters and maybe Sacchin if you want to count her. But that's it. Just reply to whatever character you want to thread with.

2.) Gen, fluff, smut, whatever, its all fair game here. Just tag your threads at the header if we are going into heavy topics. Alternatively, just stick to your own thread.

3.) Feel free to make up new threads if the current one is a drag to continue. No fuss from me.

[Assassin had a good eye. One of Djeeta's worst flaws was that she was reckless and that determination of hers could bring her more trouble than it was worth. Even Lyria and Vyrn had to tell her to slow down at times. One reason why Djeeta wanted to keep getting stronger was to protect her crew... And the second reason was to become strong enough to face her father. There were some days that she wondered if her dad would've stayed around if she was strong... It wasn't her fault personally, but the lack of family left a hole in her chest.

But it was funny. Now that she's become a captain, Djeeta felt like she was building up a new family for herself. Days were never boring on the Grandcypher.]

R-Right... I was getting a little too hyped up there. A break will do me some justice!

[She takes a few deep breaths before placing her wooden sword down on the floor and walks over to take the cup from Assassin.]

Thanks for all of your help so far. All of your sword techniques really do remind me of Narmaya. Though I think she likes to pull her punches on me sometimes.

It is hardly any trouble on my part, although that young woman as you said has caught my interest. Her and other members of your crew... they do say that people of similar interests and traits are bound to flock together.

This Narmaya... I've seen her once or twice. She strikes me as something akin to a peacock pheasant in both beauty and skill. Quite the flourishing technique she has, but I do no recall her to be thr type to hold back. Perhaps she has such a personal attachment to you that she doesn't wish to harm you?

[ With a casual sip of his cup and taking in the sights before him, its hard to believe that he's this high in the air and not even falling off. Humanity truly has evolved in technology since HIS time. ]

But as for techniques go, I'll have to correct you. While similar in some fashion for its quick draw and strikes, my style is the Ganryuu with the weapon always drawn out whereas she specializes in Iaido... a style known for quick sheathing and resheath style.

I wonder which one of us gets to be the first to show you our best form of our schools the day you are equal in our disciplines? I look forward to that day and anticipate your successes in advancement.

Ooooh~ Do you have a crush, Assassin? I think you two would look really good together! Narmaya has always been a bit of the smothering type! Sometimes, I think she spoils me a little too much... But I don't hate the attention.

[She's a captain! She has a keen eye for these things! Or she just like to meddle and gossip like a school girl... That's more of Djeeta's forte.

Being a Skyfarer had a ton of dangers, but that was what adventure was all about! After dealing with craziness such as the archangels raising hell, Djeeta couldn't help and feel a little cocky. People were calling them heroes for the saving the Sky Realm now. It still felt weird, but she didn't dislike the feeling.]

I wonder if I should give my sword style a name of its own. Like "Djeeta Arts" or something cool... I'll have to ask Vyrn and Lyria what they would think of it. [Djeeta takes a sip from her cup as she ponders on something.] By the way... Since we're talking about fighting and weapons. Have I ever told you about you the story of the Eternals?

Ha ha ha, no no. It's nothing like that, but there is no denying that Lady Narmaya is a charming and alluring woman, but my interest in her at the current time being is merely a selfish one that draws my desire for a worthy opponent. But don't count your instincts wrong. I do in fact like women like Narmaya... and yourself.

[ Que the REGENDARY smile of the samurai here. Is he being serious? Is he being full of it? Who can say, but that playful wink probably didn't help matters at all. ]

Creating your own school of discipline is commendable, but do take care that your school's fighting style will reflect on your philosophy of how a weapon is to be used in battle. A ruthless style is no better than being a butcher and a style that relies on reactionary attacks are those who prefer defense over offensive attacks.

Ah, but I've carried on too long. Please, do tell me about this group. I've a feeling that this may prove illuminating for me.

M-Me?! Ahahaha... I know I'm cute and all, but I dunno how I compare to someone like Narmaya. Compared to some of the girls on board, I'm more like "plain cute".

[If Assassin was aiming to get Djeeta flustered, he's quite successful. Seeing wink like that made her heart skip a beat. It's not so much she lacked confidence, but she could be quite oblivious to the qualities that really did make her stand out from the others. Perhaps that modesty is another trait that made her quite a desirable captain.]

A ruthless style wouldn't fit me at all! I don't like going out of my way to kill people! Ah, I guess something simple, but effective feels more like my thing. A style that someone anyone can do if they work hard enough!

[She clears her throat before gently clapping her hands together. It's funny... She's more used to letting Katalina or Lyria handle the big stories.]

Well, since you really like to chase after strong guys... Then I've got a group of people to mention to you! The Eternals are the strongest Skyfarers ever to exist! They're a crew of ten warriors who've each mastered a powerful weapon. Sure, they're kinda rambunctious and each of 'em like to do their own thing... But whenever they get together, they feel unstoppable. And this is coming from the gal who fought all ten of them at once!

But I didn't really defeat them. It was more like I managed to stand my ground against them to prove myself worthy. And after all of that craziness, I awakened to a new power within me... Though I can't say it's perfect yet.

Cute is still cute, Captain. Although I won't insult you with just "cute" however. You are an attractive young woman, so don't be afraid to be confident. Its hard to think the young lady who is so gung-ho about a good match as much as I do could also be a bashful sparrow.

[ He does listen to her story although. Very. Very. Intently. He does show a hint of excitement at the idea of her taking all ten of these masters at once, but is a bit let down that it sounded like an unfinished fight. Still, he doed applaud her with a pleased smirk on his face. ]

Interesting. And by surviving the trials and ordeals, you've obtained a power. So that's why you desired to challenge me so much. I must admit, I am quite flattered by the sentiment and to help further assist you in honing your untapped potential, but with this newfound knowledge means there is now without a doubt that I could ever go easy on you at all.

In fact... perhaps we should move on to steel blades? Maybe in a sparring match with no handicap at all could spark your chance of handling it.

--Ohhhh! Now we're talking! I'm always fired up for a fight!

[If someone threw Djeeta a sparring offer, then she wouldn't past it up! She does take a second to finish drinking from her cup... Or more like, she's guzzling it down in a rather unlady-like way. She lets out a "aaaah" before wiping her mouth. That gap between boyishness and femininity was another thing that made Djeeta, well, Djeeta.]

Man, that was a good refresher. Now I'm super pumped. [Standing up from her seat, she'll take a second to stretch her arms. Now that she thinks about it...] Hey, Assassin? I'm a little curious... You usually fight with a katana, right? Is that the only weapon that you wield?

Oh, this?

[ He glances over his shoulder to gaze at his massive sword sheathed away on his back before giving Djeeta a casual shrug. ]

By technicality, I can wield any kind of sword, but my main strength is using this blade; the Monohoshi Zao. It maybe overcumbersome to others, but I find it fitting for my style. Although now that you had recruited me into your crew, I believe you also have a replica of the weapon as well.

Why do you ask? Do you wish to be trained in the way of the samurai?

The Monohoshi Zao, huh? That's what it's called?

[Now that she thought about it... Djeeta did have that properly tucked up on her ever-growing wall of weapons, didn't she? She hums rather quizzically as she presses a finger to her lips in thought.]

It wouldn't hurt to try it out. There could come a time whenever I don't have any other weapons beyond a katana. Not to mention, I might fight more people who have a similar fighting style like you and Narmaya.

[Hmmm...] I wonder how long it takes until you feel like a 'master' at a style? I've definitely gotten stronger ever since I started this journey... But I've never had that "Eureka! I'm the best!" moment yet.

There are two kinds of warriors that are important in the battlefield. Geniuses and hard workers. You may be a genius to be so adept and versatile with so many weapons and skills, yet your words are proof that you've have to work hard to achieve that moment.

To simply put: You are that way now because you have yet to reach your full potential. There are warriors out there three times or four times your age and have yet to achieve what you have now... so my only advice to you is to keep on forging and practicing all your techniques. Because soon even you--

[ He picks up a couple of fruits, a melon and an orange, and casually tosses them into the air before striking them with his signature move: Tsubame Gaeshi. Resulting into the fruits cleanly cut and into three separate chucks landing onto the ground. ]

[It sounded like she was going to wait a long time before she reached that wall or break through that glass ceiling of potential. Still, she was looking forward to it... Whenever Assassin picks up the fruits and cuts them all with the speed of an expert, Djeeta's eyes sparkle with glee.]

Whoa! That was just like Narmaya's special technique! Okay then...

[Now it was Djeeta's turn. Maybe she should start small... An apple will do. She picks up the apple and tosses it up in the air, then she tries to cut it... However, she misses her mark and the apple hits the floor and springboards back to wack Djeeta in the forehead. She lets out a rather annoyed groan.]

---Owwwww. Darn it. Looks like I do have a ways to ago... I really don't have that kind of speed yet.

[At least, not casually. If you put her in a situation where her friends are in danger, then Djeeta might've been able to hit those levels for all but a single moment.]
