[ Not even wasting a second of his time, Honori immediately warps towards one of the remaining golems. Not run. Not sprint. Full on teleports from his spot to immediately reappearing with him already in the air with a fist cocked back ready to strike.

Immediately with one blow aimed right at the golem's core again, something different happens. Rather that having it's insides explode from ice invading it's crystal body like the previous one-- it actually stops its momentum to attack like it was coming to a halt only to turn to it's now former comrade to charge at THEM in full speed.

With a thick layer of ice and frost now coating the newly made golem ally, Honori let's out a small huff as teleports, again, right back to his initial spot. Or at least, at enough of a space to keep Nonbe at a distance but also as the last line of defense should any more come at her direction. ]

That thing should grab their attention for a short while. [ Oh, she picked up that knife after all. There was a small moment of being impressed from actually letting herself take the weapon-- but seeing her also freeze up in shock of it immediately turns that impressed response into a more disappointed one. ]

Figures... hey, you. Snap out of it. You will die if you stand there slack jawed waiting for the enemy to take the first hit if you stare into space like that. These things don't know the meaning of mercy, in case you forgot. [ And there was a small mumble of 'And neither do I.' in there somewhere too. Maybe. Probably. ]

Oh, shut up!

[ She snaps right back at him, more out of reflex than sincere annoyance. She's still too confused to be angry at him. Being sincerely angry at Honori would be a very new experience, given how passive he usually is with her.

She doesn't get why he's being so fussy over weak monsters, anyway. Will a dagger even work against golems without magic? She has no idea. Her heart rate is starting to calm down now, though, and she flexes her grip on the dagger, curiously. After a quick survey she decides... He can handle what's left of the golems. (She's really used to other people doing her bidding, after all.)

So instead of helping, Nonbe just huffs. ]

What's with you today?

[ Her curt retort and question is responded with a powerful gust of wind blown right at her body in full force. Not powerful to knock her off her feet, but definitely one to push her back a good step or two like a passing blizzard storm had swept through. ]

I would be careful with my words today, if I were you. I have no tolerance to humans who think they are entitled enough to use me like some tool again for their convenience. Not even you.

[ And with a snap of his fingers, the golem that was once doing Honori's bidding suddenly shatters into pieces. The Heart Sundering Strike finally sundered it's "heart", so to speak, leaving the remaining one left somewhat injured but still functioning. Only just dragging itself given how much of its body has been chipped away from its battle from the now imploded golem it had been fighting. ]

Quite frankly, I am getting tired to being someone's little dog that they think they can point me at anything and expect me to go chase after it. And no snot-nosed brat is going to see me beg for their attention and praise for doing their bidding.

If you've got a problem with that, then show me what you can do about it without hurting yourself. Or do. That may be amusing to watch.

[ You know, on some level there was a comfort in hearing not even you. Would have been a lot more comforting without all the rest of what he said. She doesn't really know what to make of all this, but figures they can talk after the fight. And, well, she's got the dagger. Better try to use it.

Nonbe has seen it done enough times to know where their weak spots are. The last golem is hardly even a threat anymore. Poor thing. She approaches it carefully, gripping the dagger tighter. Not that she's ever given much thought to weaponry, but knives definitely aren't her thing.

It takes another moment of hesitation before she tries to pierce its core, but even with the resolve, she's untrained and weak. She ends up losing her grip and nearly dropping the dagger when she tries to stab it, not even doing enough damage to take it out. The nerves have mostly dissipated, though she still lets out groan of frustration at herself. ]

I'm gonna have to start smaller than this, man!

Tch.

[ Well, he can't fault her for trying even after all that was said and done, but this was just beyond pathetic. If it was someone stronger, he wouldn't mind seeing a struggle for his own amusement but... she really is still just a child. A human child at that.

Now taking an extra dagger out from his sheath that had more of a greener glean on the blade and dripping with something wet, he approaches up to the much younger girl to thrust the handle of the new weapon into her hands and then placed his own hand outside of her main dominant one. Pretty much using force to move her hands against her will like this. ]

Then make something to your advantage if you can't win. If you can't use that one, then use this one like this. [ And with a swipe of the blade to show an example with their 'teamwork', the green dagger slices into the surface of the golem's shoulder-- making the surface itself turn from a crystal clear appearance to a more greener shade of bile that had started to oddly deteriorate the socket. It was literally armless and struggling to even walk at this point.

And that was when Honori had let go of Nonbe and took a few steps back as he crossed his arms to resume with his disapproving scowl at her martial prowess. ]
Now try again and make it count this time.

This is pretty depressing, somehow.

[ Whether that means seeing Honori act like this or the near-dead golem is debatable. Either way, she definitely seemed more bothered by her first time holding a knife than the actual act of trying to kill this thing. She hasn't done herself, but she's still accustomed to what's necessary outside of the safety of cities.

This time she does much better, actually managing to kill it in one final motion. She still makes a face, though, sticking out her tongue like she's been made to do something as troublesome as a household chore. ]

There. Happy?

Seeing that you still needed someone to hold your hand to do this, I'd say not. The only satisfying part about it was seeing that you actually did something yourself instead of having someone do it all for you... even though most of the 'heavy' work is done.

[ No, not even a good job or even some words of encouragement. Just straight up being rude and disrespectful even with the now destroyed creature now in crumbles from the final blow. Either way, he doesn't seem to be all that interested in either the predicament she is in or why she is even in this area. Probably because she picked a fight with the wrong person again or something. ]

Anyway. I'm assuming that was your big trouble that you need me of all people to be summoned and that we're done here. So I'll just be going now and get back to my work while you do... whatever you've been doing for the past sixty years.
